My inspiration for this journey has always been my father. He devoted his life to hospitality, and growing up, I watched him build a career rooted in service, excellence, and making people feel at home. We shared a dream of one day owning a restaurant. I carried my own dream of opening a bar. For years, those dreams stayed in the background while life took its course. Then, in 2024, I lost my father. In the middle of that heartbreak, I realised that perhaps the best way to honour him was to finally do what we had always dreamed of. In 2026, ANDAR became that dream in motion. More than a business, it is my way of carrying his legacy forward — one gathering, one story, and one pour at a time.
